North Shore Alano Board Member Election Nomination Form Election held at the Alano: Voting opportunities every day starting January 12 thru January 19, 2018. The Annual meeting will be January 19, 2018 at 6:45pm.

PURPOSE: Submission of this form serves as your expression of interest in serving on the North Shore Alano (NSA) Board of Directors. By completing and submitting this form, you are indicating that you are committed to serving a three-year term. Nomination forms must be received by January 10, 2018. All forms received by January 10 will be placed into a Nominee Binder and made available at meetings. There will be an option for write-in candidates.

INSTRUCTIONS: This form can be completed and submitted by hand at the NSA. Please type or print clearly and complete the form in full. A clear headshot photograph must be submitted with your application. You may also fill out the online application on our website at northshorealano.org or email the application to: info@northshorealano.org If you hand deliver the form to the NSA, the Steward on- duty will deposit all Nomination Forms into the NSA safe. Nomination Forms must be received by the end of the day on January 10, 2018.

Board membership requires attendance at one monthly meeting held the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:45pm at the club and approximately 2-5 hours outside of the meeting per month.
