Actor's Flight: Folio Technique with Beth Wolf (Fall 2026)
This course is geared towards Shakespearean novices and veterans alike! The first four weeks will be a deep dive into text work and the First Folio technique, followed by implementing these tools into monologues! At the end of the course, you will have a thorough understanding of Shakespeare's text and various performance techniques.

Class Dates: September 24th - October 29th. All classes will be Thursdays, 10 am - 1 pm at the Midsommer Flight rehearsal space (AKA the Flight Deck) at 1020 W. Bryn Mawr Ave.

Week 1-4: Text work and monologue development.
Week 5: Monologue coaching.
Week 6: Choose your own adventure! We will have students complete a survey after the first class where you will get to decide as a group what the last day of class will be! (Example: More monologue work, Mock Audition, Scene work etc.)

Pricing: Ticket tiers are our attempt at creating a structure that accounts for the wide range of incomes within our community. There are a limited number of slots available for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
