We want to see ORIGINAL recipes that highlight ingredients that are becoming uncommon or underappreciated in American culture.*** Traditional family dishes, local restaurant classics, regionally inspired recipes, and unique creations are encouraged. Adaptations of otherwise common preparations are also allowed (we're a seed company, of course we welcome adaptation)! The Great Lakes Region hosts an incredible diversity of cultures and beautiful produce, so we are excited to see all of your submissions.
