Pupils who are members of the School Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, String Orchestra, Swing Band or Wind Band require parental permission to participate in this concert.

Each pupil will require:
*An oyster/zip travel card suitable for travel to central London.
*A packed meal (on arrival, pupils in Y7-9 may not leave the building until the end of the concert).
*Full school uniform as follows: Y7-11 full school uniform / Y12-13 boys dark suit, white shirt, school tie / Y12-13 girls smart black clothing.

Permissions during the trip
*Pupils in Y7-11 will travel by train to Saint John's Smith Square supervised by school staff.
*On arrival, pupils in Y7-9 must remain in the building until the end of the concert.
*Pupils in Y10-11 may leave the building between rehearsals in groups no smaller than three.
*Pupils in Y12-13 will travel independently to the venue, and may leave the building between rehearsals.
