Interested Parties may file objections to proposed sales. If the Pittsburgh Land Bank (PLB) receives fifteen (15) or more objections, it will hold a Community Meeting in the neighborhood.
PLB staff will collect feedback from the meeting. The Land Bank Board will then vote on whether to proceed with the sale based on all additional public feedback collected.
The second vote to proceed with the sale must be approved by a two-thirds vote of the entire Board.
If you prefer, you may also submit a paper petition.
You may read the official Objection Policy in the PLB's Policies and Procedures.
You may also register to speak at the Land Bank's monthly board meeting here.
Please contact staff@pghlandbank.org if you have additional questions or concerns.
