As of Summer 2020, this is a relatively low-traffic list, with 1-5 emails per week. Emails you receive will have "tpscollective-l" in the subject line. Many people find that when they first start receiving listserv emails that they end up in spam, so take a look every couple weeks for "tpscollective-l" in your spam folder. It will take several days before you're added to the list.
