Let's get you set up with a library card!
We are happy to get you registered online and have you accessing our digital resources* right away.
After you submit this form, we will email you a card number and pin/password as soon as possible. This card will be good for 3 months. When you are able to, you can come in with your ID and we will change this to a full membership that is free, expires in 3 years, and permits access to both digital and physical materials.

*Please note that access to digital books is limited to residents living within the City limits of Red Deer. If you are outside of the city, please contact Parkland Regional Library for assistance.

If you are registering someone under the age of 18, please provide the name of the parent(s) responsible for the child.

The personal information contained on this application is used to provide you with library services at Red Deer Public Library. It may be used to verify membership, collect fines or debts owing, provide information about library services, and for statistical purposes. It is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and it is protected under this act.
