The departments we typically need volunteers for are:

Artist Liaison - greeting them at their hotel and assisting with check-in
Hospitality - Helping set-up lunches, VIP sessions, dressing rooms etc
Production - Assisting the production team, heavy lifting may be required
Merchandise - assisting at the festival merch stand
Late Night - The Late Night Jams are a different format, and we generally need help with setting up the venue, stocking VIP areas and checking wristbands/tickets.

Please note that we cannot give photography passes or accreditation in exchange for a volunteer shift.
