Direct sales >>>>>>> DIRECT SALES PROTOCOL we only book one rep per company, each vendor is chosen by event committee raffle. The remaining reps are placed on a back up list in case there is a cancellation and you may be notified of future events. Your payment is due after you are notified that you have the opportunity for the space.

This application IS NOT your guarantee for a spot, it's merely an interest list. Your confirmation will come by email after payment is received. Once you are confirmed this application becomes a contract with set requirements and rules within that you agree to abide by.

3. No unsupervised children under the age of 12, they must stay in your area with you.
4. LEAVING EARLY is severely frowned upon. This is a professional environment and were looking for like minded merchants.

Ethics Clause:
Merchants and volunteers are expected maintain the highest ethical and moral standards once you arrive to the venue, before and during the event, and while conducting business. Intent of this policy is that each merchant / volunteer will conduct their business with integrity, kindness, and comply with our vendor / volunteer guidelines. Any actions deemed a conflict of interest to a merchant / volunteer, coordinator, or event venue; negativity, gossiping, etc. will not be tolerated, actions may end with you leaving the event.
Every merchant / volunteer is free to speak to a coordinator on site privately away from other merchant / volunteers if they have an issue that needs to be resolved. Inspired Women Business Alliance strives to provide a positive environment for our merchants / volunteers and importantly our guests. We expect the same courtesy from our merchants and volunteers.

The legal side:
In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Peddlers Bazaar event, the Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the host / coordinator Inspired Women Business Alliance, Banning Chamber Of Commerce, or the City of Banning, CA, its agents, volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Vendor, or any of the property belonging to the Vendor whether caused by the negligence of the Vendor/Releaser, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or event venue property or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host/coordinator Inspired Women Business Alliance, Banning Chamber Of Commerce, Banning CA, its agents, volunteers from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.
I understand that the host/coordinator Inspired Women Business Alliance, Banning Chamber Of Commerce, Banning, CA does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participants for any circumstances arising from their participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my own insurance portfolio.

I have read, understand, and agree to the application / contract. I will comply with the above rules and regulations on the day of the event. I agree to use paypal invoicing to pay for my nonrefundable vendor fees. I will keep my area free from debris before, during, and after the event. If I do not comply, I understand I will be asked to leave the event. I understand this behavior or action will restrict me from returning to any event hosted by Inspired Women Business Alliance or affiliates.
