Recreation memberships and group fitness passes are eligible for full refunds up to 7 days past the purchase date, no refund will be issued after that. Fitness and aquatic programs are not eligible for refunds. Programs, camps or classes may be cancelled if minimum registration numbers are not obtained prior to the start date. In this case a full refund will be issued. If a class is cancelled by Nelson Fitness Center, or due to weather it will be rescheduled at the next available time
