If at any time, you are unable to attend after registering, please contact us at or via DM on our socials to inform us as soon as possible so we may open up the space to someone else - and so we are not waiting to begin the day of. We appreciate your support with this as space is limited in the studio or the Salt Room and we like to prepare for each guest attending :)

Do you have a specific need or intention you'd like to focus on during this session? We will hold the intention together and Lauren will send specific healing energy to you, should you request it. You can be as brief or as detailed as you wish here. 

For example, you can simply say "Money or Finances" or "Just to meet new, like-minded friends". Or you can go into a bit more detail such as "Healing my blocks around wealth and finances. I have a goal to earn $10,000 more in 90 days" or "I have been navigating through difficult emotions and under a lot of stress. I am looking forward to relaxing and releasing static energy and stress that is not serving me."

These are just quick examples. Your intentions or topics can be anything you need in this moment, as lengthy or short as you wish and it can change before the session begins. There is no judgement or right/wrong way to answer this. As a facilitator, Lauren is here to hold the space together with you to feel healthy, happy, fulfilled and at peace, fueled with love <3
