This form is for those applying for WoAA Chair, External Vice Chair, Internal Vice Chair and Secretary. This nomination form will close on October 2nd at 11:59PM EST, and we will contact you regarding your responses by October 8th. Responsibilities:

Note: All responsibilities can be redistributed by the new board. In general, these positions are those who are responsible for the general direction of WoAA and can help spearhead the major events WoAA embarks on. Feel free to be flexible in your responses.

Chair Responsibilities

The Chair of WoAA is a one-year up and out position, leaving the board after their term. The Chair is responsible for communicating with AIAA leadership, organizing periodic WoAA meetings, producing overarching WoAA documentation, establishing short and long term goals for the organization, and representing the organization at official events when available.

Internal Vice Chair Responsibilities

The Internal Vice Chair supports member advancement, elections, and oversees internal communication within the organization. They, along with the External Vice Chair, are responsible for filling in for the Chair and supporting their respective duties.

External Vice Chair Responsibilities

The External Vice Chair is responsible for filling in for the Chair for their responsibilities when they are not available. They are responsible for organizing sponsorship funds and oversee the WoAA volunteers responsible for the website.

Secretary Responsibilities

The Secretary is responsible for filling in for the Chair for their responsibilities when they are not available. They are responsible for taking meeting minutes at WoAA board meetings, organizing the WoAA drive, and overseeing the WoAA volunteers responsible for WoAA social media.
