To the Parent/Guardian(s) of 4th & 5th Grade Students at Beye Elementary,

Mx. Suhs (Teaching Assistant - they/them/theirs) and Ms. Luhrs (School Social Worker - she/her/hers) will begin hosting Kaleidoscope, a safe space for LGBTQ+, non-binary, and allied students at Beye School. This club will take place every Thursday from 11:40 - 12:10. The club will begin on Thursday, February 15th and continue through the end of May. The goal of this club is to create a space that is safe and inclusive for LGBTQ+ and non-binary students. We will work to identify ways to make our school a more inclusive place for everyone, specifically LGBTQ+ students and allies, and students will have the opportunity to share, listen to, and discuss personal experiences in a judgment free zone.
