The Behavior Policy agreement at the bottom of this form must be signed electronically.

If you have more than one child participating, please submit a separate form for each camper to help us keep our numbers accurate. Thank you!


Remember to register through Parks and Rec if you haven't already, and please send in your materials fee as soon as possible. Payment options include Venmo (@Dolores-Aguanno-1), Zelle (310 415-4921), cash, or a check made payable to dee-Lightful Productions.

  • Please stay for the duration of orientation even if you've been with us before. Things are always changing/updating and it's important that we communicate all information with the group as a whole to avoid any surprises.

Behavior Policy
Otherwise known as “dee-Lightful Productions’ Policy Regarding Inappropriate Behavior

During Rehearsals and / or Performances” dee-Lightful Productions prides itself on working with children and young adults from many different cultures and backgrounds. We are committed to providing a supportive and creative atmosphere for our actors to learn and grow. Generally we have few issues where consequences are needed. However, if a disruptive child does not respond to the director’s requests to stop whatever behavior is causing problems or distracting others, the following rules may apply. The child will receive a verbal warning and be asked to sit next to the director or a counselor. If the child continues to talk or act out, a second warning will be given. If this does not resolve the issue, the parent will be called and the child will be asked to leave the rehearsal. If a child is asked to leave two rehearsals he or she will have to meet with the director to evaluate whether the child can remain in the show. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. dee-Lightful staff needs parents to support our policies and procedures so that each show can have a positive impact on the entire cast and not be undermined by one acting-out child. If a child is asked to leave a production due to disruptive behavior there will be no refund on tuition. Many thanks for your understanding and help.
