The fee for DSCVR Escrow / Closing Management Services is payable at closing of the subject transaction, as specified below. By checking the appropriate box below and clicking "SUBMIT" you agree to our DSCVR Leveraged Administrative Services terms of use and the terms of the DSCVR Administrative Services Agreement. DSCVR Closing Management services include but are not limited to completion of all Basecamp escrow / closing checklist items, coordination of standard appointments, weekly check-ins with cooperating agent, Lender, Escrow, and Title, weekly progress report email to the parties, completed Compliance file submitted to your Broker. Following the submission of this form, you will also receive an agreement for closing management services for your electronic signature. Although our agreement for services is with you (the agent), we encourage you to review our policies and scripts on how you can pass on all administrative fees to your client (subject to approval by your broker). *DSCVR Leveraged Administrative Services shall perform non-licensed administrative duties only and shall not conduct any activities for which a real estate license is required in your state*
