2018 University of Wyoming Drum Major/Leadership Camp Intent Form
Please complete this form if you plan on participating in the 2018 University of Wyoming Drum Major/Leadership Camp (UW DMLC) at the University of Wyoming on July 7 - 8, 2018. Completing this form allows the UW DMLC staff to plan and organize information for this event. Form completion also allows the staff to send participants more information as well as the required forms including: general information, medical release, and liability release forms.

$125 for students (includes registration, 1 night of housing, 4 meals, and a T-shirt)
$65 for directors (includes registration, director's dinner, and a T-shirt)
$25 for UW students (includes registration and a T-shirt)

Instructions for payments will be sent in follow-up emails.
