SAQ Q’IJ •Mayan Summer Solstice Ceremony•

Join us for an Ancestral Mayan Summer Solstice Fire Ceremony 🔥

With deep respect and gratitude, we invite you to gather in sacred circle for an ancestral Mayan fire ceremony led by our Elders:  Pascual Yaxon, Ajq’ij, Maya Kaqchikel & Efraín Vicente Sajbin Ajq’ij Maya K’iche

Our ancestors demonstrated that the "white light day" is the Summer Solstice in the northern part of this continent.

Fruits ripen and Mother Earth blossoms, preparing to provide us with sustenance for the journey of time—a time that will be significant for us.
This is, then, the time of adolescence; it is the time to heed the messages that grandmothers and grandfathers share with their children.

Rooted in the wisdom of the ancient Maya traditions of Guatemaya, the sacred fire is a living altar. Through it, we offer our prayers, intentions, and gratitude to the energies of the Four Directions, Mother Earth, Father Sky, and the unseen forces that guide and protect us.

This ceremony is a space for:

•Healing.

•Ask for protection.

• Make petitions for your family, yourself and the collective.

•To receive blessings from the Cosmos.

•Teachings from an Ancient Culture on our sacred Mother Earth.

Together, we will gather around the sacred fire, offering candles, tobacco, seeds, flowers, and heartfelt prayers. The fire transforms our words and intentions into light and smoke, carrying them to the spiritual realms.

Family friendly circle 💚

This ceremony will be held in San Martin, CA (20 minutes from San Jose, CA.)
The exact address will be given after we receive confirmation of your attendance through sending your Donation.
