Eligibility for Festival Booths is limited to Non-Profit and Community Organizations.
Each organization participating is strongly encouraged to provide an activity of some sort rather than just passing materials out.
For example, a storytime, craft or game for youth; a scavenger hunt for families; a coloring station; some type of interactive component.
All participants must abide by Gateway Park rules http://www.clarksvilleparks.com/gateway-park.html.
SET UP will be on Saturday, October 15 from 8:00 AM-9:30 AM. All vehicles must be out of the event area before 9:30 AM.
You are responsible for providing your own tents and tables and other necessary supplies.
Pets are not allowed in Gateway Park.
You are responsible for securing your goods at all times. The Festival is not responsible for stolen goods. Untitled Title
Use of amplified sound systems within the tent is not allowed.
Please remain the entire festival time, do not pack and leave early.
No raffles or sales of items is allowed per Town Ordinance.
Each space is subject to inspection for compliance with safety requirements and festival rules at all times. Violation of requirements may be a violation of town ordinance, and can be grounds for immediate expulsion from the Festival grounds.
Trash Disposal: Please break down boxes, bag trash and put in the trash containers placed throughout the festival grounds.
You will be responsible for removing your booth and any trash from the area by 5:00 PM.
I have read and understood and agree to adhere to all of the rules and policies set forth by the ClarkFest board.
