This event takes place on June 1, 2019 from 9AM to 3PM. You are expected to be at the event for the duration, or assign your table to someone in your absence.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to allergies, we are requesting vendors not sell peanut products or diffuse essential oils or other aromatherapy scents. Violators of these requests will be asked to leave and there will be no refunds for Sponsor/Vendor fees.
Once your application is approved, your payments is due IMMEDIATELY to ensure your spot. If your payment and Sponsor contract are not received within 48 hours of being notified VIA EMAIL, your spot will be given to the next business on the list.
Sponsor/vendor payments are payable by bank draft or credit card. A 4% processing fee will be applied to credit card payment.
Refund policy is as follows (Gold & Silver Sponsors Only): Up to April 1, 2019: You will be refunded the cost of your sponsorship, minus a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be allowed on or after April 1, 2019.
No refunds on additional services (table runners, additional tables, etc.).
Vendor booths must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing your own booth, merchandise and trash. You must IMMEDIATELY send in a photo of your table display as a part of the application process. (Email your photo to: email@example.com)
Any tables that are not ready for the Expo's opening by 8AM on June 1, 2019, will be used for Expo business or offered to other vendors on the waitlist. Vendor tables are not transferable to other businesses. If your business is not wellness-focused, we respectfully ask you to apply to a different event.
All early bird vendor applications are due no later than Feb 22, 2019. All other applications are due no later than May 1, 2019. Final approvals will be made and vendors will be notified as to the status of the application, no later than April 15, 2019 (Feb 25 for early bird applications). If your business is not approved for any reason, you may be placed on our waitlist. Unfortunately, we have limited spaces available and each application will be juried in order to provide the best experience for attendees.
All vendors/sponsors will be required to sign a contract that agrees to these terms, as well as an additional waiver agreeing to assume all risk for that business' merchandise, products, and/or services.
SAVASANATION! (MojoWriting, LLC) /Samskara Yoga & Healing, LLC reserves the right to refuse any vendor application for any reason. Submission of this application does not guarantee a space. We reserve the right to make changes to this application form at any time.
