Lehi Heritage Day 2025 Nomination Form

Lehi Heritage Day takes place every September and features approximately eight individuals/couples who are making history today with their service to Lehi. Honorees are featured in the newspaper as well as in a parade, program and meet and greet on Mon., Sept. 1, 2025, at the Legacy Center at 123 N. Center St. Each honoree will be celebrated with their name engraved in the new Lehi Heritage Day Monument in front of the Legacy Center. All honorees need the help and support of family or friends to make this day a success. Single or couple, at least one nominee must be living and able to attend the celebrations.
