Please complete this form for your child's enrollment for Arc Summer Camp. Camp dates run Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm. Camp starts June 8th-July 2nd. The location will be announced shortly. 
Please complete form by May 1st.
Please understand that there is limited capacity in each classroom along with our capacity to serve exceptionally high-needs children. Registration does not guarantee a spot in Arc Summer Camp.
Accepted campers and parents will receive more information closer to the start of Camp.

Does your child get overwhelmed from loud noises? Any information of this nature can help us prepare and ensure we have the safest environment possible for all campers.  *
