Every year we value the unique relationship of the KETS environment and our outstanding vendor partners. Help us to raise the bar with technical expertise and training in network and data security, cloud tool security, filtering, deployment, device management and more.

2026 the Region 8 - ERATC Team would once again like to welcome you to our Vendor Fair between Region 8 district technical staff and our vendor partners. 

June 11th and June 12th will include a select number of premium presentation times for Platinum Partners (60 mins) and Gold Partners (30 mins) that will be assigned according to content to best complement the overall event learning schedule.   (First-come, first-serve and will be considered sold-out when maximum schedule allowance is met.)

Vendors will be invited to setup their tables from 4:00pm-5:30pm June 10th and then join Region 8 for a welcome dinner at 6:00pm

The 2026 Vendor Fair will share space with the Technical Retreat Sessions will be open from 7:30am - 4:00pm June 11th and June 12th 8:00am - 1:00pm during ERATC training sessions, breaks.  Lunch will be provided June 11th & June 12th.

Vendor table space will be limited to one (1) 6ft table and space for backdrop directly behind. Due to the combined meeting space for increased visibility vendor partner participation is limited to two representatives per sponsorship.

Invoices will be automatically sent upon submission of this form for sponsorship registration with Remit information and information for PayPal payment to be made at time of registration. Payment must be received by March 1st 2026.
