SCS Club Support Request
To receive the Club Support Fund, please fill out this form carefully and completely for each meet attended. Please note that the fund will only be available to athletes and coaches who have attended the meet.

Funds will be transferred via ACH. If you have not set up ACH with Southern California Swimming, please email clubsupport@southerncaliforniaswimming.org for instructions on how to set up ACH. (Checks will no longer be issued for Club Support.)
