Please thoroughly review the directions below before beginning your online Capital Budget Application:
1) The questionnaire must be completed in one sitting. You will *NOT* be able to save and return to your questionnaire.
2) Please review the *ENTIRE* application before you begin answering questions.
3) You *MUST* answer all required questions (denoted with a red asterisk) in order to submit your application.
4) If a given question is not applicable to your project, select or enter "Not Applicable."
All requests for capital funding from the Office of the Brooklyn Borough President MUST be submitted via the Brooklyn Borough President’s Online Capital Funding Application.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE BROOKLYN BOROUGH PRESIDENT’S ONLINE CAPITAL FUNDING APPLICATION IS 4:59 PM on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
If you are applying for capital funding for a non-City project, you must ALSO complete the requisite Mayor's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) OR New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) capital application. The deadline to submit these applications is 4:59 PM on Thursday, February 24, 2022.
Generally, your project is considered a non-City project if you are a not-for-profit organization. If you have questions regarding your need to submit a non-City project application, please review the summary of the Guidelines for Capital Funding Requests by visiting:
