Please use this form to submit questions about or proposed corrections to the current year's case materials.

Please note that the Case Committee and the Board have endeavored to provide you with all of the materials and information you will need to compete using this case.  In the event that we have made an error that requires revision to the case materials, such revision will be communicated to all competitors at the time it is implemented.  Be advised that submission of this questionnaire does not guarantee that your case question will be answered to your satisfaction or at all, nor does it guarantee that your suggested correction will be incorporated into the case materials.  The Case Committee and the Board will exercise discretion as to the responses to this questionnaire.
