PUPPET SHOW
If you would like to present a short educational puppet show, that is specifically designed to teach, please submit a request to the Festival Performance and note the PDTAT July 15th date in your separate application to the Festival Performance. Presentation
1) PRESENTATION TITLE: Title that describes the content of the presentation *

2) DESCRIPTION: Description of the topic, illustrating in a few sentences the content of the presentation and its significance to the field and the PIET community. It should be specific and convey that the presentation will cover one specific topic and can be presented in 20 minutes, followed by discussion. Should not exceed 100 words. This will be used in the program book. *

3) TARGET AUDIENCE: Describe the target group your topic relates to i.e. integrated class, ELL, bilingual, special populations, speech/language, therapy, students, ages, etc. *

5) OVERVIEW: Brief overview of the presentation, including the duration of the project, and the connection of your content between the puppetry arts and pedagogy or therapy. If Accepted:
- Be prepared to write a short 1-3 page overview of your presentation for the Handbook.
- You should be available for the full day of presentations.
- You must be a member in good standing in PofA.
- Be prepared to send a photo of you that demonstrates your puppetry work– Photos should be 300dpi and no larger than 25MB. Images will be used for publicity on the webpage and in print if accepted.
- The PDTAT Committee may wish to discuss alternative means or presentation styles with you including, but not limited to: longer presentations, roundtable discussions, digital, interactive, etc.
