Welcome to the Healthy Recipe repository where ICA members are able to submit their healthful and health-updated recipes to share with the ICA community at large. The aim is to include recipes that are healthy or have been modified in some manner to make them healthier options in terms of nutritional value, i.e. recipes with reduced fat content, reduced sodium content, gluten free, sugar free, lacto-ovo, meat/dairy alternatives, etc. Feel free to share entree, salad, sides, desserts, and more!

Please avoid submitting copyrighted recipes or those from a source where copyright might be, or become, a potential issue (i.e. recipes in commercially published cookbooks, there is a place to submit urls for recipes found online).
