Please join the Lean COP on Zoom for the first of our Summer Speaker series Wednesday, May 24th from 11AM-12PM. Megan E. Mozina will be running an interactive meeting to help improve vitrual meetings. You do not need to be a member of the Lean COP to attend this valuable training!

Showing Respect for People by Making Virtual Meetings More Interactive

A key way to show respect for people is by allowing them the opportunity to speak, connect, and ideate. When trying to be efficient with online meetings, we often forget that. This session will demo several simple, efficient, and practical ways to get session participants interacting and contributing - with a particular focus on innovation. We'll use the online whiteboard tool Mural, but these activities are applicable to any other online whiteboard tool. This will require participants to participate in the demo, so have your mouse ready!
