Thank you for your interest to proctor for the End-of-Grade, End-of-Course, and North Carolina Final Exam tests at Southeast Middle School. Proctors serve an important role as additional monitors who help the test administrator ensure testing occurs fairly and uniformly. Proctors are responsible adult community volunteers, 18 or older, and not enrolled as a student in the public school system. Proctors will not be assigned to a testing session in which a student and/or the test administrator is a relative, ward, personal family member, or close acquaintance of the proctor.
Proctors will be screened as a Level 1 volunteer for Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools. You can register as a volunteer at https://www.wsfcsvolunteers.com. If you are already registered as a volunteer, please go to the site and log in to update your information.
Proctors should arrive at Southeast Middle at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to stay until 12:00 noon although testing may be completed before that time. Proctors will attend a training session before testing begins.
Please fill out the dates that you are available below.
