Use this form to request a burn permit.  The permit can be considered issued upon submitting, unless, someone from the Maple Grove Fire Department contacts you with any changes.

Burn permit requests with invalid information are not accepted or approved.  (must provide a contact number and address) 

Burn Permit Regulations
  • Burn permits are to be used ONLY for natural materials like brush and grasses.
  • Burning can take place ONLY during daylight hours.
  • Smoke must not effect neighbors or roadways.  
  • Burns should be attend at all times.
  • Burn permits are allowed for a maximum of 7 days only
  • Burn permits given to Maple Grove residents only.
