Important Information:

Families from any church school in the River Region may register; however, acceptance is at the discretion of LIFT. This form contains several sections so please read carefully and provide accurate information. You will be required to complete questions with an asterisk.

The Registration (LIFT) & Enrollment (Class) Process:

Joining LIFT is a two step process. You will need to complete BOTH LIFT Registration AND class enrollment.

LIFT REGISTRATION:
Complete this online LIFT registration form and pay all LIFT registration fees.

CLASS ENROLLMENT:
Enroll in your individual classes during open house and pay your $20 per class deposit. See dates below.

Open house will be held at Vaughn Forest Church. Please enter through the courtyard entrance.

OPEN HOUSE CURRENT STUDENTS:
April 23-26 - Senior Priority Enrollment
April 29, 3:30-5:00PM - Current Family Open House
*Current families must complete this registration form prior to May 18th and pay all registration fees before June 3rd in order to retain their priority enrollment.

OPEN HOUSE RETURNING FAMILIES:
April 29, 4:30-5:00PM - Returning Family Open House

OPEN HOUSE NEW STUDENTS:
May 20, 9:00-11:00AM - New Family Open House

*If you are enrolling after the open house, please contact each individual instructor.
