Holiday Valley Children's Learning Center Waitlist Registration
Parents who are interested in our child care services can register for placement on our waitlist by completing this waitlist registration.

Please note: Space and availability at Holiday Valley Children’s Learning Center is limited. We recommend that you register on our waitlist as early as possible. Waitlist registrations are maintained and prioritized by space available for each age group at the Center and with the following priorities: (1) Children of Current Holiday Valley Employees, (2) Siblings of Currently Enrolled Children and (3) Children of Community Residents. 


September 2025: We have immediate part-time openings on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our Toddler (18-36 months) and Preschool (3 & 4 year olds) programs. Please call (716) 699-3933 or email daycare@holidayvalley.com for more information on our programs and to get an enrollment packet.

Waitlist Tips & FAQs
  • Even if you have an enrollment priority, we recommend that you register on our waitlist as early as possible.
  • Registration on our waitlist does not guarantee a space within our Center. Be sure to have “Plan B” in case we are unable to accommodate all of our waitlist families.
  • Families can remain on the waitlist until a space becomes available that meets their needs.   We will notify our waitlist families via e-mail as space becomes available in our Center. If there is not a spot for your family on the preferred start date and you would like to be removed, please contact us via e-mail at any time.
  • If a family is offered a space in the Center to which they have applied and declines, they can opt to stay on the waitlist until the next space becomes available or have their name removed. If multiple communications are made by Holiday Valley Children’s Learning Center with no response, we reserve the right to remove your family from the waitlist.
  • If we receive too many registrations requests, we reserve the right to close registration temporarily.
There are factors can make a waitlist number misleading and often times meaningless. In communications, we will not give specific numbers or placement on the waitlist, since this can be misleading. Additional factors that may affect placement on the wait list:
  • The number of Holiday Valley employees and siblings of currently enrolled families is not predictable.
  • Ages of children in the classroom.  We try to balance the ages of the children in each classroom, so that there is room for timely transitions between age groups (based on NYS regulations).
  • Children that might have “aged-out” of their previous age group to an older group.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
