For meetings where food will be provided or with more than 10+ attendees, the event contact is responsible for submitting a facilities request to clean the 1406 conference room, 1401 kitchenette and 1401 restrooms immediately at the end of the meeting.
A copy of the facilities request
MUST be sent to
DSI-NWC@columbia.edu. Room reservations submitted without a facilities request will not be confirmed until a facilities request is received.

Please specify the appropriate time and date for when facilities should clean up after your event.
Request details: Please clean the 1406 conference room, 1401 kitchenette and 1401 restrooms immediately at the end of the meeting on <Insert Date> at <Insert EXACT Time>.
If you require a cleaning in between your meeting or at the beginning, please indicate that in your request as well.
