REALTOR OF THE YEAR Nomination Form
PURPOSE OF THE AWARD: This special award is given to an active REALTOR® member of the Park City Board of
REALTORS® who best exemplifies and promotes a positive REALTOR® image through the highest levels of
service within the real estate community and the local community at-large. Involvement includes participation
at the local Board, UAR, and NAR levels, as well as, active service outside of the real estate industry. Longevity
of Board membership, consistency of service, continuous participation, activities within the Board, as well as,
significant contributions to the community will be considered when determining the recipient.
This award will be given at the discretion of the Special Awards Committee and the Board of Directors. This
award is not necessarily given annually. It may not be given to a previous winner.
The following criteria will be considered:
A. Nominee must have been in the real estate profession for at least three full years as of December 31st
in the year for which they are nominated and must be a primary board member of the Park City Board
of REALTORS®.
B. Nominee must have had active participation in the Park City Board of REALTORS®. Active is defined as
regular participation and attendance at the Committee / Task Force levels at the Board, UAR or NAR.
Active participation may also include involvement at the direction of the Board of Directors on special
assignment or other such as service as a Board instructor.
C. Nominee must demonstrate active participation in the community, defined as ongoing service or
volunteer work.
D. Other Industry Involvement may be considered, such as upheld Designations & Societies
All REALTOR® members of the Park City Board are encouraged to submit nominations for the REALTOR® of
the Year award.
