BTA In-Stock Merchandise Order Form
  • Please submit one form per family. If you have more than 1 swimmer, please enter the information for your oldest swimmer.
  • In-stock items be filled on Saturdays. Items will be delivered to the BTA pool. Items are located in the gated area on the pool deck in a plastic storage shed. See a coach if you need assistance. Coach Thomas is available for assistance Monday - Friday 3;30 - 5:30 pm. Saturdays you can stop by from 8 - 12 pm. Please be sure to pick-up items at the BTA pool. Items will no longer be delivered to Coaches. If you are unable to pick-up items from the BTA pool, you will need to make arrangements with the merchandise coordinator to pick up your order from her house. You will receive an email after your order has been delivered to the BTA pool.
  • Your total amount due will be billed to your Blue Tide Account. If you would like to make arrangements for an alternate payment please contact the merchandise coordinator.
  • Please, enter a valid email address. This is how I will communicate with you regarding your order. 
  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is defective.
