Elderberry, Adams Fruiting-Elderberry is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, giving a boost in our diet!  You can drink the juice or use the berries for preserves.   These bushes get quite large, from 8-10' tall, so give them plenty of room.
Aronia Viking-Large shrubs that have berries that are loaded with anti-oxidants!  Juice is quite tart, hence the common name Chokeberry.  Needs to be sweetened to use as in juice, jellies or jam.
Gooseberry Hinnomaki Red-medium sized shrub reaching to 4'
Grape Valiant-one of the toughest varieties we have.  Many great South Dakota wines are made from this fruit. You can also use for juice, jam, and jellies.
Grape Itasca Yellow-Developed at the University of Minnesota, ‘Itasca’ is the newest wine grape that will be available to growers.  Offering disease resistance, winter hardiness, and improved wine chemistry such as lower acid than other hybrids, ‘Itasca’ will create new opportunities for grape growers and wine makers across cold-climate wine growing regions.
Lonicera Honeyberry Haskap Solo- Japanese haskaps are an easy-to-grow, super delicious fruit for everyone. Yellow flowers appear very early in spring (we'll bet it's the first thing to bloom in your yard each year) and give way to plump blue fruits in early summer. Berries are sweet enough to eat straight from the stems, or can be made into sauce, jam, or desserts. This tough shrub grows well in sun or part shade, and isn't fussy about soil: any type and even any pH level will do. Yezberry haskaps are extremely cold tolerant. Yezberry® Solo will bear fruit without a pollinator,
Lonicera Honeyberry Haskap Cinderella-Female, needs a male pollinator and we recommend Tundra.  Bushes frow 4-5' tall and are a much better choice for a blueberry like fruit that regular blueberries.
Lonicera Honeyberry Haskap Tundra-Male pollinator for Cinderella.  Bushes frow 4-5' tall and are a much better choice for a blueberry like fruit that regular blueberries.
Raspberry Caroline Everbearing-People love everbearing raspberries because they are easy to prune. You can cut the canes down to the ground in the spring and the plants that come back will bear summer fruit that same year.  Caroline has a large red, sweet berry.
Raspberry Fall Gold-A rare, exciting self-fertile gold raspberry with the same deliciously sweet taste of red varieties, and the ability to produce two crops each season. After a late summer to fall harvest, a second crop arrives the following spring on the same canes. Excellent fresh or for preserves and pies. The warm yellow berries brighten the garden. Deciduous.
LIGHT: Full sun
Raspberry Heritage- The classic Heritage is the best fall crop selection! This ever-bearing vine produces a moderate summer crop, followed by an abundant fall harvest of sweet berries. Unlike some, the fruit will not fall to pieces if picking is delayed a day or two; it stays firm and juicy. Excellent flavor for eating fresh or in jams.
Strawberry Junebearing Allstar Variety-Junebearing strawberries have very large sized berries on the plants that produce mainly in the month of June.  People who want to make jams, jellies or freeze the fruit because of the large amount of fruit that is produced. They are done for the season once they have produced in June. Plant 12 plants per person in your family for fresh eating and a small amount for preserving.
Strawberry Everbearing Eversweet Variety-Everbearing strawberries have a little smaller sized fruits than the Junebearing varieties but produce flowers and fruit all summer long for fresh eating and some preserves.
Rhubarb Canada Red-this variety has bright red stalks with a tangy sweet flavor.  Plants are not quite as large as the old fashioned Victoria, but it makes up for its size with flavor.
Rhubarb Victoria-Old fashioned variety that reaches to a large size in the garden.  Red streaked green stalks will give tangy flavor to your recipes.
