Basic Needs Kit Request Form
In order to complete this form and receive a Basic Needs Kit, you must be a currently enrolled SDSU student. Students may receive up to one of each item for a total of 10 items, once per month. 

You will be emailed by bnckits@sdsu.edu with instructions as soon as your items are ready to be picked up. If you do not receive an email within 10 business days (Monday - Friday), please check your email spam folder and/or email us at bnckits@sdsu.edu before submitting a new request.

Once you are emailed, you will have 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to pick up your order or the items will be returned. All orders will need to be picked up in the Basic Needs Center (3rd floor - Calpulli Center - 8 am to 4 pm - Monday - Friday; except campus holidays and closures). You must pick up your kit yourself. 

If you request items that are not currently available, they will not be included in your bag. 

SDSU-Imperial Valley students: Please visit the Food Pantry on the Imperial Valley campus to learn more about the basic needs items available on campus.
