Einstein said, “If I had 1 hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.” 

We have it the other way around: 55 people are sharing solutions but who is actually voicing the problems?

What are we going to do with all the answers?

The volunteers from the SHFT Happens team - our coaches, mentors, and therapists will spend 55 minutes thinking about each one of them.

After that, we will shortlist the most common challenges and bring them up for discussion with us, you, and a panel of finalists.
