Welcoming the following publishing houses in which you can submit your request to pitch.
See below for all of the details about our publishing houses accepting pitches.

What is a pitch session?
This is an opportunity for writers to present their book ideas directly to industry professionals. It's a brief but critical moment, often lasting only ten minutes, where authors get the chance to shine and persuade agents or publishers that their work is worth consideration.
Only pitch one idea or one book

Helpful hints:
  • Begin with a strong introduction that includes the title, genre, and length of your novel.
  • Dive into the heart of your story—the conflict and the stakes.
  • Mention your target audience and where your book fits in the market or give "comp titles".
  • What makes your book unique? Why should they invest in your story over countless others?
  • Share your background, any writing credentials, and what makes you the best person to tell this story.
  • Leave some room for questions

We will be in touch with you by Mid-August to advise if you have been selected

Little Ghost
About us:  Little Ghosts is an imprint of Little Ghosts Books
Little Ghosts Books was established in 2022 with the vision of showcasing new and indie horror that lacked a platform in major bookstores. Little Ghosts hosts community events, book clubs, author Work in Progress Nights, and more.

In a move to give back to the community that enthusiastically came out for Little Ghosts, we began in 2023 by publishing anthologies- offering pro rates for short stories to authors both established and brand new. 2024 was the first year of the novella, and to date we have published 4 novellas & 3 anthologies- plus a flip book in collaboration with Ghoulish Books (shared imprint GHOULISHGHOSTS).

Novella contracts with Little Ghosts Books are non-exclusive- authors retain all rights to work and are free to re-sell stories for collection purposes. We work with authors to release a piece that both reflects their vision and the Little Ghosts aesthetic. Novella contracts come with a signing bonus (not to be deducted from royalties), and royalties are set at 30% to the author. No advertising, printing, or any other costs are deductible from the royalty sum.

Little Ghosts does not use or condone the use of AI. Any submissions containing AI generated material will be rejected. No covers, assets, merch, or any other piece of Little Ghosts ephemera is or will ever be AI generated.

Stelliform Press
About us:   Stelliform Press is a small independent literary press which publishes novellas, novels, short story collections, and works of creative non-fiction which address our world’s most pressing problems: climate change, ecological destruction, and the effect of these issues on how we relate to each other and to the other beings that live with us in the world. We see these problems as systemic and pervasive, exacerbating long-standing social issues. Our stories challenge us to confront the roots of injustice which prevent us from achieving a better world for all.
What genres we are considering: Folk horror, Eco-horror, or any dark Ecofiction

The Rights Factory
About us:  The Rights Factory is an editorial literary agency with agents based around the world. Our vision is the empowerment of authors within their art and careers, and our mission is to champion storytellers from creation through publication.
What genres we are considering: Horror / Thriller / Speculative Fiction / Science Fiction / Dark Romance (not a good fit for historical in any genre or space operas / militaristic sci-fi)
Socials: www.instagram.com/kodievandusen | www.instagram.com/therightsfactory
Notes: I love works that have something to say. Think strong genre plotting and hook but with a deeper takeaway message, books where the reader walks away having learned something or with a fresh perspective.
