The Spring Session will be focused on learning about the Urban Heat Effect, community organizing, and assisting Highland Park community members through the 'Our Folks' program with home repair and urban gardening.
WHEN: Every Tuesday and Thursday. Some Saturdays will be required. Times TBD. Starts on April 23, 2019 Ends on May 23, 2019

Stipend: Each youth will receive a bike after assisting in a Bellemeade/Oakgrove Saturday Activity.Each youth has the ability to make up to $200 at the completion of 36 hours of participation during the Spring Session. Stipend will be based on the hours of participation and will be awarded at the end of the session. Every 4.5 hours will receive $25 and all stipends will be distributed at the end of the program.
Eligibility: Youth must between the ages of 14-18 years old or currently enrolled in high school.
