We are looking for help for our 2026 Medford Jazz Festival held on August 14-16 at the West Medford Community Center. MJF is a non-profit that runs on the support of sponsors and volunteers. Thank you for your interest! We will follow up with you via email following the submission of this form.

Set up on Friday (5pm-6:30pm) indoors: chairs, tents, signage, merchandise table, etc

Tear Down Friday (9:00-10:00PM): indoor stack chairs, cleanup needed, etc

Tear Down Sunday (5:00-6:30PM): outdoor chairs, tents, merch table, banner, etc

Merchandise Table Saturday (1:00-3:30): sell MJF t-shirts/items, collect donations

Merchandise Table Sunday (2:00-5:00): sell MJF t-shirts/items, collect donations

Friday Social Media Support: posting media during set up and during festival (anytime betweeen 6:30-8:15)

Saturday Social Media Support: posting media during set up and during festival (anytime between 12:30-4:15)

Sunday Social Media Support: posting media during set up and during festival (anytime 1:30-4:15)

Green Room Attendant (Saturday and/or Sunday): Stock water/treats, greet artists, attend to any artist needs

Saturday Vendor Support: assist vendor Danish Pastry and Elephant in the Room with set up

Sunday Vendor Support: assist vendors Danish Pastry and Elephant in the Room with set up/check in with needs
