Your feedback about each piece of Sequence 1 of REP SF including the 7 PD Seminars, Exhibition, Observations (Seminar 3/7), Site Supervision, and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) will shape the planning of the semester.  Note: Seminar 7 is similar to Seminar 3, hence why it is not listed below.  Also, none of the questions are required.

Seminar 1: "Child Development"
Outcomes: I can describe the developmental milestones of young people and practice appropriate ways to meet their needs.  What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar?
Seminar 2: "Facilitation & Group Management"
Outcomes : I can describe basic classroom management theories and begin practicing them. I can describe and practice key facilitation skills to support and move groups to equity outcomes. I can  grow my comfort with my own leadership and management of groups. What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar?
Seminar 3: "Observations & Reflections Session 1"
Outcome : I can reflect on my experience observing my host teacher based on my REP SF learning and future as a classroom teacher. What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar or from observing a teacher?
Seminar 4: "Relationship Building & Restorative Practices"
Outcome : I can define restorative practices, positive relationship-building, and their beneficial outcomes. I can build my systems-view of relationship-building (i.e. why this matters for schools/institutions and not just individuals). What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar?
Seminar 5: "Youth Voice: Facilitating Dialogue"
Outcome : I can describe the Youth Engagement Ladder and how to apply it in my work. I can practice and utilize facilitation strategies for centering youth voice and consensus building. What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar?
Seminar 6: "Youth Voice: Planning & Leading Projects"
Outcome : I can describe the purpose and significance of service learning and youth participatory action research (YPAR) frameworks. I can practice tools from task lists, delineating roles, basic lesson planning, and calendaring (backwards planning). What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Seminar?
Exhibition
Outcome : I can present my learning from REP SF with my community.  I can present my Individual Learning Plan towards working in education.  What questions do you have? What do you hope to gain or learn from this Exhibition?
Site Supervision
(Only for those currently working at a youth development org.) Outcome : I can work with my site supervisor to integrate my learning from REP SF into my current role.  What do you hope to gain or learn from this experience?
Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
Outcome : I can lay out the details and create short and long term gorals toward working in schools (e.g. courses, programs, resources, financial opportunities, mentors, etc.).  What do you hope to gain or learn from this experience?
