May Faire 2020 Sponsor & Vendor Application
The Circle of Seasons May Faire is a one of a kind event that celebrates the unique culture of Waldorf education and our school community. We invite artisans, vendors, farmers and artists alongside our incredible school community to welcome spring in a one of a kind celebration of new life, art and nature. May Faire is a rain or shine event that takes place outdoors on the ground of our school.

The event features a large raffle, children’s craft activities, music, food and drink options, May Pole performances, student musical performances, silent auctions and more.

In 2019 our event was raved as "the best May Faire yet!" We had over 1,200 people attend and expect to grow once again for 2020.

We are excited to welcome crafters, farms and artisans and various unique vendors to our signature school event.

We will be limiting food vendor spaces, and selecting food vendors that are non-competing to allow for equal sales opportunity.

We apologize in advance but will not be accepting applications from any of the following vendor types:
** Multi-level marketing businesses and/or Direct sales businesses
** Any vendor that would directly compete with an activity or event organized by the COS Parent Circle
** Vendors that do not cater to a family friendly environment.
**Any vendor that does not fit the model or mission of the event/school or is offering a duplicate service/product.

This is an outdoor event that is held rain or shine. you may provide your own staked tent if you like *
Vendors will be required to provide their own tables, tents and chairs and have completed set up 20 minutes prior to the start of the event. Access to the site for set up purposes will be available starting at 8am. *
