What's this all about?
The integration allows agents to install a sidebar app for Support and Chat that monitors a company’s Statuspage, so that agents can easily update customers on service degradation. In addition, there are instructions on how to set this up in Zendesk Guide to display a banner across the top of all Guide pages with the current status.

Need more detail on how it works?
The integration is easy to install by your Zendesk admin into Chat and Support as sidebar apps, and on Guide via a top banner. Inside of Support, agents can open up new incidents directly from Zendesk, monitor ongoing incidents (through a top bar and sidebar app) and share latest status messages with customers who are impacted by the outage or degradation in service.
Is this available to everyone?
During the EAP, this integration is available to any customer, on any plan.
This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?
This integration supports the use case of displaying current Statuspage status in different Zendesk products to improve agent and customer experience. We would love to hear your feedback on how we can improve the integration or what else you would like to see.
What is expected of me?
There are three things we ask:
1. Provide feedback on the integration, ease of use, and documentation (use the EAP forum on the Zendesk help center)
2. Report any bugs
3. Be open to working very closely with us to help make this integration better
