Welcome to the Physics & Astronomy (PA) Scholars Registration Form.

The mission of PA Scholars is to foster a community of students interested in the physical sciences, including both majors and undeclared students, who will support each other and the broader physics/astronomy community in their academic studies and longer-term careers. We are funded by generous grants from Berkeley Discover / the Chernin Family, and the Moore Foundation.

EVERY REGISTRANT IS GUARANTEED A PLACE IN THE PROGRAM. Completed forms will be processed at the beginning of each semester (for spring 2022, we will process forms in mid-to-late January). However, if you'd like to be considered as a scholar tutor for spring 2022, please submit this form no later than Friday, November 26th.

Filling out this Registration Form will:

-- Place you on our "pascholars" mailing list which will advertise social and networking events and career development workshops of all kinds (e.g., graduate school admissions strategies, career panels including industry and teaching)
-- Help us connect you to student organizations of all kinds (SPS, UAS, SWPS, ULAB, Python DeCal, ... details below)
-- For a subset of qualified applicants --- you may be contacted for potential paid student leadership positions as instructors, tutors, lab assistants, and/or peer advisors (details below)
