Hello!

Thank you for supporting the School of Ballet 5:8 by serving your community through volunteer work. This is the form where you can log all your family’s Volunteer Hours throughout the year. We’re grateful for your partnership with our nonprofit organization.

Please note the following requirements by program:

  • Preparatory Program – No volunteer hour requirement
  • Pre-Professional Program – 16 volunteer hours required per year
  • Conservatory Program – 20 volunteer hours required per year
