SMBE Satellite Meeting on Molecular Evolution in Small Populations
The SMBE Satellite Meeting on Molecular Evolution in Small Populations will be on June 28-30 at Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. Please use this form to register your attendance. You can find more details about the conference on our website: smbe-smallpops2023.com

Costs: Thanks to sponsorship from SMBE, there is no registration fee for this conference. In addition, no cost dorm-style housing is available for the first 50 students/postdocs who register. A limited number of travel awards are available to cover partial travel costs for students/postdocs traveling from outside the USA, Canada, or Europe.

Attendance limit: Due to venue and budget constraints, participation is limited to the first 75 registrants. If you've registered and you realize you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can admit people from the waitlist.

Posters: In order to encourage full participation in the conference, we strongly recommend that every attendee consider presenting a poster. Posters will be viewable throughout the conference, and will help to generate discussion about new research in the field. If you plan to present a poster but do not yet have an abstract ready, feel free to indicate that in the poster answers below.

If you would like to be considered for a travel award, please briefly describe where you will be traveling from and your anticipated travel costs. (Please note that presenting a poster is required if awarded travel funds.)
We will be organizing smaller "mentoring circles" based, in part, on research interests. Please select one or a few research interests, or add your own.
In addition to discussing research, we want to promote conversations around broader topics in our field. Please feel free to suggest topics you would like to see discussed (e.g., Women in STEM, careers outside academia, science communication, etc.).
