This form is for enrolling yourself or a loved one in the Silver Checks Program—a free safety and wellness call service for Spartanburg County residents who live alone, are homebound, or would benefit from regular check-ins. Participants receive automated messages at 10 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through their choice of text, email, or phone call. Each message asks for a simple response to confirm you’re okay. If no response is received, follow-up messages will be sent at 11 a.m. and noon.
