JR. BULLS & MUTTON BUSTING ENTRY RELEASE

In consideration for accepting undersigned’s entry, undersigned hereby releases and forever discharge the Treasure Valley Lions Club, its’ past, present, and future members, directors, officers, attorneys, agents, servants, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, administrators, and successors in interest, and assigns including, but not limited to, real property owners, stock contractors, arena contractors, and their agents and employees, of obligations, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation of any nature whatsoever which may hereafter accrue to undersigned as a result of the undersigned’s entry in the Treasure Valley PRCA Rodeo, including, without limitation, any known or unknown claims for bodily and personal injuries to undersigned which may possibly result from undersigned’s entry in the rodeo.

Undersigned hereby assumes and accepts full risk and danger of any hurt, injury, or damage which may occur as a result of undersigned’s participation in the Treasure Valley PRCA Rodeo, including any injury or damage experienced by undersigned during the setup, preparation, duration, or dismantling of said rodeo.

Entry fees in the correct amount must accompany the entry form. There will be no refunds on accepted entries. Make Checks, Cashier’s Check or Money order payable to: Treasure Valley Lions

If your child is scared, screaming and/or crying uncontrollably, the Treasure Valley Rodeo Directors have the authority, if necessary, to pull any child seen as unfit to ride, and no refund will be given. This is a family-friendly event, and children will not be forced to ride.

Participants who arrive late (after 5:45 pm) on the day of the event will not be permitted to ride, and no refund will be given.

Only one parent will be allowed behind the chutes with a contestant for safety reasons.

No alcoholic beverages will be allowed behind the chutes or while escorting contestants for safety reasons.

Required

As the proposed entry is under age eighteen (18) years, the signature of a parent and/or legal guardian(s) is required. I/We hereby execute this release on behalf of the minor child and fully understand and accept the terms and conditions of this release. By Typing your name you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the Entry and Release Form.
