Times are changing, and we need to adapt. Therefore, all communication between the board and the members will from now on be conducted via email. This means that all information from the association – including invitations, minutes, reports, and important announcements – will be sent digitally.

This has several benefits for you as a member:

• You will receive information faster.

• You will find it easier to stay updated on what is happening in the association.

• The environmental impact is reduced by minimizing paper usage.

Examples of information you will receive by email include:

• Minutes from the annual general meeting (as soon as they are available)

• Invitations to cleaning days

• Annual reports and financial statements

• Notifications about upcoming maintenance, temporary disruptions (e.g., water or elevator issues), and other important operational information

To implement this new system, we kindly ask you to complete the attached survey with your current email address.

Your data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and securely stored by our property manager, Fastighetsägarna AB.
